Acquired land, financing, architectural and engineering services, city approvals, constructed master schedule and managed construction phases from infrastructure through project completion for residential and commercial projects. Those projects included several single-family units, a 50-lot subdivision, numerous residential remodels, and commercial projects including retail, hotels, churches, poultry facilities, hospitals and jails.

1976-1998

Owner - Residential and Commercial General Contractor (California)

Land acquisition, secured city approvals, developed infrastructure, constructed master schedule, secured financing and managed construction phases from infrastructure through completion for several projects. Those projects included the 4,000 acre Wolfskill Ranch subdivision, 204 single-family units for the Dean Ranch, 130 Condominiums in Long Beach, the San Juan Capistrano Tennis Club, 350 Homes in Dove Canyon as well as projects with Frank Arcerio and Wormington Homes in Irvine, California.
